Bill Franz was named president and CEO of XTRA Corp. He will assume all operating and executive responsibilities for the corporation, while continuing to serve as president of XTRA Lease. Transportation Technologies Industries (TTI) has chosen Andrew M. Weller to succeed Mr. Begel as CEO.   • The Holland Group announced that Richard W. Muzzy, Jr. has been appointed Chairman of the Board; he retains the position of CEO. Samuel A. Martin is appointed president and CAO. Doug Dorn was promoted to truck OEM account manager.

  • Fontaine Modification Co. has hired Greg Smith as general manager of its Charlotte, NC, modification center.

  • Bryan Yielding has joined Reinke as director of trailer/chassis engineering.

  • Webb Wheel has appointed Jason Gerding as general manager of its Transit Drum Business unit.

  • Terry Westerman was named director of sales at Kemlite Co.
