ACS MultiMedia names new-business chief

Nashville-based Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), a provider of business process outsourcing and IT solutions, announced today that John Carter has joined its ACS MultiMedia Advertising unit as director of new business development.

Nashville-based Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), a provider of business process outsourcing and IT solutions, announced today that John Carter has joined its ACS MultiMedia Advertising unit as director of new business development.

The company said Carter will focus on new business strategies for ACS MultiMedia Advertising and grow the agency by offering additional solution-based services.

"John is an incredible leader and icon in the transportation industry," said Kelley Walkup, division vp of ACS MultiMedia Advertising. "We appreciate and value his 25 plus years of industry experience and have many exciting projects on the horizon." Walkup directs ACS MultiMedia Advertising, which was founded in 1987 and now serves more than 150 transportation companies.
