Lisa Causse has been promoted to senior vice president of operations and commercial sales by Auto Safety House (ASH), a Phoenix-based fleet solutions provider.

Causse was most recently vice president of operations.

“Lisa’s extensive background in operations and lean management implementation has enabled her to add value and initiate productive changes throughout all areas of the ASH organization,” said Thomas Blackburn, CEO. “With each assignment, Lisa has proven to be an effective leader and change driver which has resulted in improved operational efficiency, improved team member moral, and the opportunity to increase revenue and profitability.”

Causse joined ASH in 2008. Her career experience has included leadership positions at emagineGreen, an ecological-based product service and education company; Xyron, a manufacturer of craft and office products; and Allsteel, manufacturer and distributor of office furniture.

“I’ve managed to accumulate a great deal of understanding related to all aspects of our business over the last number of years,” said Causse. “The additional responsibilities and challenges related to our commercial non-vehicle sales division will add a new facet to my growing knowledge of all our related business industry segments. I’m extremely confident in the dedicated team that I’ve been working closely with here at ASH.”
