The Flying J Travel Plaza in El Paso, Texas, has reopened with six fuel islands and 12 diesel islands featuring high-speed fuel pumps for faster fill-ups, Pilot Flying J said

The Flying J Travel Plaza in El Paso, Texas, has reopened with six fuel islands and 12 diesel islands featuring high-speed fuel pumps for faster fill-ups, Pilot Flying J said.

The 13,971-sq.-ft. plaza also includes a restaurant and a variety of convenience items.

“We hope that El Paso area residents and fleet customers will enjoy the convenience and amenities of our newly remodeled Flying J Travel Plaza,” said Jimmy Haslam, president & CEO of Pilot Flying J. “The plaza will serve this community through products and services as well as contribute to the local economy through jobs and tax revenue. And, we’ll fill the needs of those carrying goods to communities across the nation.”

The El Paso location includes a Denny’s restaurant; pay phones; fax and copy services; Western Union; a UPS drop box; an ATM; check cashing services; lottery and Lotto tickets; an arcade area; general merchandise for professional drivers and highway travelers; an RV dump station; and bulk propane.

It also has a deli serving both hot and cold sandwiches plus fresh salads, cheeseburgers, Pepperoni’s handmade Italian pizza, and Oscar Mayer hot dogs.

For driver convenience, the site includes a CAT scale, laundry services, 11 automated showers, and 120 parking spaces for trucks.

All Pilot Flying J locations honor the Frequent Fueler Advantage card and continue to honor points accumulated on the Frequent Fueler, RV Real Value Card and Driver Payback cards.
