The webinar will take place at 1 p.m. Eastern time and will present an overview on how to implement and enforce cell phone use policies to minimize risk.

Matt Howard, CEO of ZoomSafer, and attorney Todd Clement of The Clement Firm will be among the speakers. Topics will include the legal framework and case law regarding employer responsibility for employee cell phone use while driving; designing and administering relevant policies; potential obstacles to successful policy implementation; and cell phone use policy best practices and enforcement.
