MultiMedia Advertising has released a suite of web-based human resources management software, dubbed HR MultiMedia Advantage. The system differs from competing software in that it can “track the individual applicants and not just the applications,” the company said.
“Our new system will be able to manage the recruiting process by streamlining the necessary personal data from the call-in event through the hiring and human resources requirements,” said Kelley Walkup— MultiMedia Advertising divisional vp.
Applicants can also submit their information through the software via the client’s website. The most qualified drivers are screened and ranked according to the client’s criteria. Recruiters are able to connect to DAC to confirm driver information.
Additionally, recruiters could automatically track capital spent on advertising and recruiting.
