Jones Logistics, a national transportation and logistics company, has acquired Central Tennessee-based Nationwide Express.
Based in Shelbyville, Tennessee, Nationwide provides dedicated trucking services, warehousing, third-party logistics services, recycling transportation, and waste management solutions. It operates in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.
Jones Logistics is a portfolio company of Jones Capital. Based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Jones Logistics delivers freight brokerage, managed transportation, and dedicated services to clients across the United States.
