Hendrickson has introduced a lighter-duty, 9,000-lb-capacity product to its Composilite line of lift axles for truck and trailer applications. New features include a 2½-in. drop axle that provides the ability to use 19.5-in. tires and an aluminum cross member that contributes to a lighter system weight (720 lb.). The suspension is designed with aluminum hangers, with steel hangers available optionally.

parallel aluminum beams that contribute to proper wheel tracking and increased tire life
parallel lift plates for longer air spring life
