Federal-Mogul taps Bowers

Southfield, MI-based truck component maker Federal-Mogul Corp. is hiring William “Steve” Bowers to be its senior vp for sales and marketing, as well as a company officer and member of its strategy board.

Bowers joined Federal-Mogul from Delphi Corp., where he most recently served as executive director of sales, marketing and planning for the energy & chassis division. He also worked in Tokyo, Japan, as the Asia-Pacific regional director for Delphi’s energy & chassis systems, responsible for that segment of Delphi’s business in China, India, Japan, Korea, Australia and Saudi Arabia markets, including manufacturing operations, customer service and engineering centers.
