McLeod Software has set up a strategic alliance with e*freightrac Ltd. to expand its trucking transportation software sales to the European market.

Following a full year of strategic planning and development, McLeod Software signed the contract with e*freightac to offer McLeod’s Java 2 Enterprise Edition based LoadMaster Enterprise software to the European trucking industry as Euro LoadMaster, which is being made available with modifications to meet the needs of European carriers.

“Western Europe offers an opportunity for legitimate expansion to a market that is ready for a sophisticated transportation management software.” said Tom McLeod, president of McLeod Software.
