Wheels Inc. appoints two

Fleet leasing company Wheels, Inc. announced the appointments of Gino Fontana to senior director of purchasing operations and Sheryl Sawyers to director- vehicle acquisitions.

In his new role, Fontana will oversee purchasing operations and acquisitions as well as truck engineering. He will also gain responsibility for vendor relations with manufacturers, dealers and vendors supporting the trucks, maintenance assistance program and collision areas.

Prior to the appointment, Fontana was director of acquisitions for the company since 1997.

As director of vehicle acquisitions, Sawyers will lead the company’s factory acquisition efforts. Prior to the appointment, she was manager of vehicle acquisitions.
