MTS Systems Corp. has announced today that Dana Corp. will use Swift wheel force transducers from MTS for the development of truck axles and other large vehicle systems.
Dana said the wheel force transducers will give the manufacturer information needed for its virtual development process. Dana will use them to acquire duty cycle data for heavy truck wheels.
Dana plans to use the transducers in development projects for truck axles, brakes, suspension systems and trailer axles and suspensions.
