The new Rand McNally Streets module is just the first in a series of online software applications for the truck market that will be released under the IntelliRoute name. Future modules will address tolls, fuel optimization and lane rating, according to the company.
The IntelliRoute base software includes guidelines and restriction for all Class 7 and 8 trucks on U.S., Canadian and Mexican state, provincial and federal highways.
