Frozen Food Express Industries today announced it has sold “certain assets and liabilities” of Compressors Plus, Inc.
CPI remanufactures, sells and services refrigeration compressors and has recently “incurred modest losses.”
“The sale did not result in material proceeds to FFEX or a significant loss or gain, and continues the company’s disposition of certain non-performing operations, with the objective to enhance shareholder value,” FFEX stated.
