    The 70 barrels of cyanide that were stolen from a Kenworth truck near Mexico City on May 10 were recovered yesterday near Honey, Mexico, about 80 miles north of Mexico City, according to an AP World News Report. A policeman found the drums dumped in a gully. Law enforcers now believe the theft was not the work of terrorists, but of thieves who did not realize that they had stolen a potent poison.
