    Webasto announced the consolidation of its North American thermosystems business and roof systems aftermarket business to form a new company called Webasto Product North America (WPNA). This was accomplished through the merger of Webasto Thermosystems with Webasto Hollandia North America.

    Chris Connolly, formerly president and CEO of Webasto Hollandia, will serve as president and CEO of WPNA. Don Campbell, previously director of field sales and service for Webasto Thermosystems, will be director of aftermarket sales; Joe Kirby, previously director of truck group, Webasto Thermosystems, will be director of OEM thermosystems sales; Don Kanneth, formerly director of Webasto Thermosystems' Bus Product Group, will be sales manager for Aftermarket Thermosystems; and Bill North, formerly OEM manager for Webasto Hollandia, serve as special projects director for Roof Systems and Thermosystems.
