Volvo Trucks North America Inc. announced today that Scott Kress has been appointed to succeed Bill Dawson as senior vp, sales. Dawson will assume the responsibility of senior vp, customer satisfaction upon the retirement of Harold Wiegel on July 1. For the past 22 years, Kress has held a variety of sales assignments for Mack both at the corporate and company-owned branch levels. Most recently he served as vp, business development and fleet sales.

Dawson has served as senior vp, sales since September. He has been with Volvo for 12 years and brings more than 30 years of experience to his new position.
