Richard J. Kramer, senior vp- strategic planning & restructuring for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., has been named executive vp & CFO effective June 1. Kramer, 40, replaces Robert W. Tieken, who will retire on May 31. Richard J. Kramer, senior vp- strategic planning & restructuring for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., has been named executive vp & CFO effective June 1. Kramer, 40, replaces Robert W. Tieken, who will retire on May 31.

Kramer, has held his current position since August 2003; joined the company in March 2000 as vp- corporate finance after 13 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
