Con-Way money-back guarantee
Con-Way Transportation Services Inc. has announced that its LTL carriers will provide a transit time money-back guarantee on all shipments moving under the current version of its Tariff CNWY-599 at no additional cost.
If delivery is not completed within the published transit time, Con-Way said a shipper can receive a complete payback of all linehaul charges, including fuel surcharges.
The program will cover all points served directly by Con-Way in the United States and Canada.
