Reefer units for straight trucks
Two new models have been added to the Thermo King T-Series line of refrigeration units for straight trucks. The new T-600R and T-800R feature reciprocating compressor technology for efficient operation and field-repairable design.
“All T-Series units are designed to address critical fleet issues like temperature management, fuel consumption and lifecycle costs,” said Scott Bates, truck product manager.
Units include increased capacity over previous models and the TSR-2 control system with diagnostic capabilities. In addition, fuel-saving technology and a lower lifecycle cost using the SmartPower electric standby option are advantages of the units, Thermo King said.
