Stonepath taps Crain as CFO

Bohn Crain has been named the new CFO for Philadelphia-based logistics operator Stonepath Group. His responsibilities will include finance, accounting, investor relations, administration and reporting. He will also play a key role in formulating Stonepath's acquisition and technology strategies, the company said. Bohn Crain has been named the new CFO for Philadelphia-based logistics operator Stonepath Group. His responsibilities will include finance, accounting, investor relations, administration and reporting. He will also play a key role in formulating Stonepath's acquisition and technology strategies, the company said.

Crain brings over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting to Stonepath's executive team, as well as extensive knowledge of transportation and logistics. Most recently, he served as executive vp & CFO for Schneider Logistics, Inc. where he was responsible for all financial activities for the 3PL company focused on technology, business process and payment platforms in the United States and Europe.

Prior to Schneider, Crain served as vp and treasurer for Florida East Coast Industries, where he directed all capital markets, investor relations and strategic transactional activities. He's also held various positions with CSX and its subsidiaries.
