Freight Management Systems (FMS) is a suite of applications that can be used to handle dispatch, track equipment inventory and maintenance, process shipping orders, maintain customer databases, and manage drivers. Developed by Surround Technologies LLC, FMS is available for both Windows NT and AS/400 servers with Windows and web browser interfaces.

Intended primarily for LTL freight movements, the suite's modular design allows it to be used by rail, marine, air and intermodal carriers, as well as truck fleets. The target market for FMS is fleets with 50 to 500 power units, according to the company.
