ArvinMeritor appoints new controller
Commercial vehicle component maker ArvinMeritor Inc. has named Diane Stelfox vice president & controller. Stelfox is rejoining the company, which she previously served as vp-corporate development. Prior to the formation of ArvinMeritor, Stelfox was vp & controller of the former Meritor Automotive.
Stelfox came to the ArvinMeritor organization in 1998 after 11 years with ITT Automotive. She joined ITT from an audit-manager position with Arthur Anderson LLP. An honors graduate of the University of Detroit, she holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant.
