Vitran names LTL executive
Canadian trucking and logistics conglomerate Vitran Corp. has named Dave Kimack president of itss Indianapolis-based LTL unit, Vitran Express. Kimack succeeds Rick Gaetz, who is slated to be promoted to president & CEO of Vitran Corp. at the company's shareholder meeting May 2. Prior to his appointment, Kimack served as vp-operations at Vitran Express. He formerly worked for trucking firm Quast Transfer
