Sterling Trucks and Heil Environmental have teamed up to offer fleets a complete truck and dump body package available direct from Sterling dealers. The program gives customers the choice of three popular specs and several options on the Sterling Acterra, as well as a quick and convenient way to order a Heil dump body installed at the Sterling factory for a competitive package price.

The trucks feature an MBE900 Series engine and Eaton Fuller 9-sp. transmission, which have been specifically designed for Class 6 & 7 markets in the U.S. and Canada. They are equipped with a Heil 10-ft. DuraClass SL dump body available in red or black, complete with integral cab shields. They also feature a 1721 direct-mount hoist, a single tower and lights, and reinforced, multi-position double-acting tailgate for maximum versatility and control.

“This partnership between Heil and Sterling streamlines the purchasing process for both the truck dealer and end user,” noted Craig Thomas, sales manager for Heil Environmental's Truck Equipment Group.

John Merrifield, senior vp-sales and marketing for Sterling Truck Corp., said, “The program gives our customers the truck and options they need at the best price.”
