    The Truckload Carriers Assn. (TCA) will hold an audio conference regarding the new Hours-of-Service rules on October 28, starting at 10:30 a.m.

    TCA’s audio conference will provide an overview of the new rules and how the rules will be enforced.

    The panel will explain how carriers are preparing employees for the new rules and the types of operational changes they are making to implement them. The panel will address motor carrier “real world” responses to implementation and compliance with the new rules, before and after log scenarios using the new hours of service rules, and CVSA's enforcement aspect of the rules.
