The Truckload Carrier Assn. (TCA) and the Transportation Lawyers Assn. (TLA) are joining forces to present a special audio conference on Thursday July 25 from 11 am- 1 pm EDT on how to avoid “excessive” DOT fines and sanctions.

According to the sponsors, the seminar is designed to help carriers protect themselves during a DOT compliance review. The speakers, all TLA members, have extensive experience representing carriers in DOT proceedings. In addition, the panel will feature a veteran risk-management consultant.
