The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA) will offer the “Globalization or Localization: How to Strike a Balance” program at the Heavy Duty Dialogue 2004, slated for Monday, Feb. 9 through Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2004, at Atlanta Airport Hilton and Towers.
