Transportation Logistics International Inc. (TLI) has announced the launch of Translogistics Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary offering third-party logistics management and services.

Translogistics will provide U.S. domestic intermodal trucking, consolidation and warehousing services to present and new customers. East Orange, NJ-based TLI said it plans to open facilities in at least five additional U.S. cities.

"After numerous requests from our clientele we decided to form a subsidiary company that could properly service this facet of the industry by providing not only intermodal trucking but the ability to warehouse and distribute inventory,” said Mike Margolies, chairman & CEO of TLI. “We anticipate revenue from our first terminal to generate over $3,000,000 this year.”
