Continental Tire North America Inc. (CTNA) announced its Continental Eco Plus line of tires is available as an option on Volvo trucks.
With Continental HSL Eco Plus tires in the steer position and HDL Eco Plus tires on the drive axle, fuel economy can improve up to 7.2% over conventional tires, the manufacturer said.
“Continental Eco Plus tire technology provides impressively low rolling resistance for excellent fuel economy and long original mileage,” said David Misbrener, CTNA account manager for Volvo North America.
