    Stemco has made two executive appointments: Jim Reis has been named vp- business development and Donnie Wells has been promoted to vp- engineering

    Stemco has made two executive appointments: Jim Reis has been named vp- business development and Donnie Wells has been promoted to vp- engineering.

    Reis will be responsible for fleet information systems, acquisitions, and business initiatives in Asia.

    Wells will lead product engineering, process engineering, quality engineering, warranty, and engineering services.
