Patriot Transportation selling land

Patriot Transportation Holding Inc. said today it has agreed to sell a 935-acre parcel of property in Miami to Florida Rock Industries Inc. for $1,638,000. The property is principally composed of mined-out lakes, mitigation areas, 145 acres of mineable land and 32 acres of roads and railroad track right-of-ways.
