USFreightways changes name

    USFreightways Corp.'s shareholders have approved a change in the name of the company to USF Corp. USF's board of directors requested a change in the name of the holding company to more accurately reflect the scale of its transportation products and services.     USF provides LTL and truckload transportation as well as logistics services to its customers.
