FedEx Custom Critical Inc. has appointed John G. (Jack) Pickard president & CEO. Pickard joined the company in 1986 and has served as a vp since 1989. Pickard also serves on the FedEx Custom Critical board and serves on the board of directors of both the Truckload Carriers Assn. and the American Trucking Assns.
Throughout his tenure at FedEx Custom Critical, Pickard has been responsible for the planning, development and implementation of strategies that have allowed the company to grow rapidly, the company said.
FedEx Custom Critical provides exclusive-use, time-specific shipment services throughout the U.S. and Canada and within Europe. It is a subsidiary of FedEx Corp.
