ALK adds professional services

Fleets that want help analyzing business processes and developing plans to improve the efficiency of those processes can turn to ALK Professional Services, a new organization created by software developer ALK Technologies Inc.

The new services group will evaluate a fleet's practices, determine appropriate technology solutions and help the fleet integrate those solutions with current systems, according to Santo Auriemma, director of professional services. The goal is to improve efficiency and productivity by reducing empty and out-of-route mileage.
