The Roadranger driveline angle analyzer tool kit and CD-ROM is the only product available in the store at this time. The tool kit detects inappropriate driveline angles that might result in damaging torsional vibrations.

The kit comes with an assortment of measuring tools, including an electronic protractor, as well at the DAA software program on CD-ROM, which can be purchased separately.

“The store is a modest effort, that’s for sure,” said Jeff Romig, gm of the Roadranger Aftermarket Division for Eaton. “And we want it that way – we’re going to move slowly and carefully.”

Romig said that the Roadranger Store will not sell Eaton’s or Dana’s core aftermarket products, such as gears, shafts, bearings or reman units. “We see the store as a means to provide our customers access to products and services that compliment our traditional aftermarket offerings” he said. “We’re hand-picking a few unique service products and tools, and offering them directly to the industry as a retailing convenience.”
