Electronic forms cut workload

New electronic forms have been added to the Navman Wireless OnlineAVL2 fleet tracking system, allowing field workers to file reports right from their vehicle rather than filling out a form by hand or on a PC. The pre-populated electronic forms capture data quickly and integrate it with the OnlineAVL2 software, eliminating manual data entry, Navman said.

Pre-loaded forms can be generated with a click and displayed on the M-Nav 760 dispatch/messaging/GPS navigation unit in each driver's vehicle. Drivers fill in the required information and return each completed form simply by touching the M-Nav screen, making the data accessible to the back-office.
