Phillips Adds Lighting Repair Kit
has released a lighting and wiring repair kit targeted to the needs of trucking fleets. The kit will standardize repairs and reduce maintenance costs for trucking fleets, the company said.
The kit contains lamp connection pigtails, miniature lamps, cable ties, heat shrink tubing, Sta-Dry crimp connectors, Sta-Dry crimp & solder connectors, as well as tools and miscellaneous items needed to make the repairs.
“By having the proper parts and correct tools easily accessible to service personnel, fleets using our repair kit have been able to considerably reduce downtime and therefore lessens the maintenance costs associated with these repairs,” said Travis Hopkey, Philips Industries director of marketing.
