Dana tire inflation booklet
Dana Corp.’s Commercial Vehicle Systems group has published a six-page brochure that outlines the benefits of the Dana Spicer TIMS tire inflation and monitor system for trailers.
The brochure includes a detailed itemization of the cost savings as a result of proper inflation and information on integrating TIMS with Bendix TABS-6 trailer ABS.
Typical fleets could save at least $1,000/yr. due to fuel economy improvements, extended tread life, and increased uptime, Dana said
