In addition to its limited warranty program, used-truck retailer SelectTrucks has introduced what it terms the industry’s most comprehensive 36-month/300,000-mile OEM-backed Class 8 warranty.

According to Backeberg, the 36-month/300,000-mile warranty option is “designed to expand support for Class 8 vehicles.” He said the new plan is an extension of the SelecTrucks limited warranty that covers all major vehicle components, such as the cab, frame, transmission, engine and rear axle.
