Quality Carriers has introduced a new compensation program for independent contractors, which pays 95 cents per mile plus accessorials for all dispatched miles, amounting to an assured minimum of $104,000 per year, with the opportunity for even greater earnings, the company said.

The Contractor Assurance Bonus (CAB) structure is to be paid quarterly to contractors with a bonus based on satisfied criteria set by the company, vp operations support Don Benoit said.

"We've got the loads and the pay and believe the new CAB Program will introduce contractors to the cut-above professionals that work with Quality Carriers," Benoit said.
