Lanair Holdings LLC, the maker of waste oil heaters, will acquire competitor Clean Burn Inc., according to an announcement from the company.

Clean Burn manufactures furnaces and boilers that run on used motor oil, and sells them through a company distribution network. Lanair says it will retain both the Clean Burn product line and its distribution network in addition to its Lanair brand of waste oil heaters, which are sold factory-direct to end users.

“I am excited about the addition of Clean Burn to our line-up of top quality used-oil products,” said Barry Brandt, president and CEO of Lanair Holdings. “Clean Burn’s leading market position and strong distribution network will complement our existing products and significantly strengthen our market positioning. The quality and reputation of Clean Burn products are second to none and we’re pleased to unite our two companies.”
