International Truck & Engine Corp. has promoted David Hillman to director of marketing for the Bus Vehicle Center. Hillman replaces John Fay, who accepted the position of director of marketing for the heavy vehicle center. Hillman will be responsible for the development and execution of the marketing plan for IC Corporation. Hillman carries 13 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry

International Truck & Engine Corp. has promoted David Hillman to director of marketing for the Bus Vehicle Center. Hillman replaces John Fay, who accepted the position of director of marketing for the heavy vehicle center.

Hillman will be responsible for the development and execution of the marketing plan for IC Corporation.

Hillman carries 13 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry and has held numerous positions with International since 1998.
