Overnite Declares First Dividend Since IPO

Overnite Corp. Thursday declared its first regular quarterly cash dividend, 4 cents a share, since it went public in late October. The amount is payable March 17 to shareholders of record as of February 25. Overnite went public through an initial public offering by Union Pacific Corp.
