Cummins Inc. and Westport Innovations Inc. announced today that they have selected the name Cummins Westport Inc. for their alternate fuels joint venture.

In a separate announcement, Cummins Westport said that Martha Finn Brooks, a vp and gm at Cummins, has replaced Tom Linebarger, Cummins vp & CFO, on Cummins Westport’s board of directors.
