Kendall Motor Oil has reformulated its Super-D 15W-40 engine oil to meet the latest North American and world-class performance criteria, including API CI-4 and SL, Mack EO-N Premium Plus, Cummins CES 20078 and 20077 and global DHD-1. Super-D now boasts a “more robust additive chemistry and a new shear stable viscosity modifier,” says Kendall, “that maintains it as top-tier product.” The company notes the oil is a high dispersant-detergent product with a high alkaline reserve to help provide protection in extended-drain or severe-service intervals.
