Mike Champlin, director, PowerCare eBusiness & information products, said QuickServe Online customers can get quick access to real-time, daily updated parts and service information with the click of a mouse.

By using an engine's serial number, QuickServe Online can sort through eight million Cummins engines and a million documents to find accurate, up-to-the-minute parts and service information about a customer's engine, Cummins said.
