P.A.M. reported net income of just over $2.6 million for the first quarter, compared to slightly lower net income of over $2.1 million for the same period last year. Revenues for the first quarter of 2001 increased 7.9% to over $58.4 million compared to $54.1 million in the same quarter of 2000.

“Given the current environment of the industry we are very pleased with our first-quarter results and are optimistic about continuing success,” said Robert Weaver, P.A.M.’s president.

The carrier operates throughout the continental U.S. and in the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec.
