The Truckload Carriers Assn. (TCA) will host an audio conference addressing driver turnover prevention on Feb. 23 from 1:30 pm through 3:30 pm ET.

Executives from Schneider National Inc. and Boyd Brothers Transportation will offer their perspectives on how to reduce turnover by understanding its causes. Also on the program will be the head of human resources consulting firm Strategic Programs Inc.

The “Taking Control of Driver Turnover” audio conference will assist fleet managers and executives to identify why drivers become dissatisfied to aid in retaining drivers, according to TCA.
