Part of the service company’s TMcare division, the new lift-truck maintenance management program also negotiates PM and repair service costs with third-party vendors, audits all invoices and provides consolidated billing that can be integrated with a company’s existing cost-tracking system, FleetNet said.

Craig McDowell has been hired as forklift fleet manager to run the new FleetNet program. He has over 20 years experience in the forklift industry ranging from sales to aftermarket development, according to the maintenance management company.
